Outside laboratory bills
Outside laboratories may bill separately for blood, urine, cultures, and other testing. Confirm laboratory coverage with your insurer. Questions about an outside laboratory bill should be directed to that laboratory.
Motor vehicle accidents
Motor vehicle accident visits are handled as self-pay visits, except for Prospect. Please call to discuss payment before your visit.
